I read the instructions and followed them. But dispenser did not dispense. I took off the part to pour in the liquid soap and then replaced it. The blue light would come on and the machine would make a sound but did not dispense any soap. And I tried taking the part off and back on 5/6 times and it would not work. So now I have to go to all the troubles of draining the soap out and the batteries out and boc it up to ship it.
