LAOPAO offers a number of different soap dispensers: removable battery powered or rechargeable; liquid soap or foaming soap... so you should be really careful to read each of the item's descriptions thoroughly because they are not interchangeable when it comes to the soap you want to use.The one that I got was the Rechargeable Foaming Soap Automatic Dispenser as I wanted to reduce the amount of waste (cost & environmental) that comes from liquid soap. The dispenser "seems" big when you take it out of the well packaged box, but once you set it up, it's a reasonable size on your vanity or sink.WHAT I LOVE:- Soap reservoir is almost exactly 10 ounces (which is what tablet refills like Blueland are designed for)- You can vary the amount of soap dispensed by changing the distance you put your hand under the sensor (there's discreet illustrations on the unit as a guide)- Rarely, if ever, does it activate accidentally- Power button (top) and blue "nightlight" (reservoir) both turn on when dispensing soap- EXCELLENT email customer service! I suspect support is based in China, so I generally got a prompt response overnight. Alicia was friendly, courteous, and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised and happy to report the company has wonderful customer service.COULD BE BETTER:- I wish the LED lights could stay on for 20 seconds as a guide for recommended hand washing- LED lights currently stay on for only 10 seconds- Product descriptions could be clearer, but that could be AmazonNOT YET KNOWN:- I don't yet know how long the rechargeable battery lasts.- I bought 2 units separately. I fully charged one before use. And then, I hastily just filled the second without charging, just so I could get it setup.
