Started out well. The motion detection worked fine, the adjustable volume was ok and in general the dispenser was a solid 4 stars. But this morning it simply quit working. Batteries are fine, I emptied it and rinsed it out. The motion sensor doesn’t work and the adjustment button on the back will eventually give a blue light (but no soap) which switches to a flashing orange light. It looks pretty but for the money I’m very disappointed.Update 1-23-2023: The LAOPAO customer service was very good for this item. They responded to my review with a request for the order details and a video showing the problem. I submitted both and within 48 hours they had responded saying that they were sorry for the problem and a replacement unit had been ordered. The replacement unit arrived about a week ago and so far it is working fine. Although disappointed with the initial unit, I have to give LAOPAO props for their great customer service. Hopefully the replacement will last longer than the first one.
