I have had this a little over a month. It has been knocked off the counter 3 times, once the batteries came out, but the soap container never came off, and it still works great; I was really suprised. The only con is the amount of soap dispensed; it's about twice what is needed to wash your hands.The dispenser was a bit larger than I expected but still like it.This is my 2nd one I had purchased, it might not the quite one but the pros side is that I can hear my kids wash their hand with soap, lol~ I refilled the soap about every 3weeks, it last longer than I expected, highly recommended for busy mom.My only thing is I thought the flow was adjustable, but I can't see how.It is very easy to set up and you really don’t need any special soap. For the price you can’t beat it.This is the first time I had this type of dispenser. Very helpful and efficient in the kitchen that I don’t have to use the greasy hands to youth the faucets.Works well! Buying a new one soon for my Kitchen!
