The garlic flavor is far too prominentThe black seeds that historically provide the purported health benefits although good require some getting used to. I have a Lebanese friend who first shared a similar honey like product as this and even back then the flavor was strong. But the various contents of this product added to it give it a big health punch. The first thing you notice when you try a small amount is the slightly bitter taste followed by the sweet licorice like flavor. I mix it with Manuka honey from New Zealand and add it to jam with butter on toast or with black coffee which it seems to blend well with. In the middle east they seem to like bitter beverages and some foods so this is very popular and has been so as I am told. But it is good for nutrition in my opinion and that is why I use it. And this particular product is as good as others I have had benefit of using. And if you are wondering, yes I rarely become ill from colds or other conditions because I consume this product or products like it daily. I am pleased with it and do recommend it to others.I love the immune booster; but sometimes it doesn't have as many black seeds as the original bottle I bought. It doesn't work as well for a friend of mine that has a rare cancer. The grittier the mixture really give him a boost of energy. I no longer purchase for him; just myself. I can't remember the last time I've had a cold.On this last order the ingredients have changed. There is less Manuka honey and blackseed oil. I've call the company since I cannot return this product and asked them to call me back. I don't know what the ending results will be.So it’s not the best tasting stuff out there but it’s drinkable. Black seed naturally has a strong taste but it’s so beneficial. It’s a sunnah remedy. I’ve taking this for a few months now and when I got Covid19 from working at a nursing home without protective equipment I think this honey with black seed oil helped me fight this virus quick, I had very mild symptoms that only lasted a few days.Felt that there should be more honey in itLove this product.
