The dispenser is cute and I like that you can refill it. There have been no problems with using it and I quite like it.I ordered these as an effort to get my 4 year old interested in washing his hands. He loves the flowers that the soap makes and likes to wash his hands a lot more now. Great purchase!The whole family is in love with it. If you want a cute gift to give this is the gift of the year everyone was obsessed with it they were in our bathroom for over an hour wondering how this thing worked. But I will say for the first almost 10 pump you will not get a perfect flower so don’t be discouraged if you think your pump doesn’t work it may not just have enough soap going through the pump. And the only soap that we found that worked was the bath and Bodyworks foaming soap because we found out that had a great consistency through it and no complaints about that we love bath and Bodyworks
