Bought this product for our office during the COVID-19 crisis to protect our essential workers. Worked fine for 2 months and then just stopped. We had one of our techs look at it but it could not be fixed. It was beyond the 30-day return policy but due to COVID-19, we hoped that they would excuse the lateness and allow us to get another one, shipping the broken one back. They refused the return. We tossed the broken one and will buy something from a more reputable company.
