The jars are very nice however the pumps get stuck every time I go to push it down.*****updated. Seller reached out and refunded me for it. Great customer service.*****Ordered these in March and finally got around to using them these past few weeks. Everything worked fine for the first week then the pump stopped foaming. It just squirts liquid all over my counter. Haven’t started using the second one in the set since we still have soap in that bathroom, but now I am hesitant to use it.I tried to see if maybe something came un-twisted but nothing appears to be wrong with them. Worked great for a week but now it’s useless and outside of the return window. Should have tested them out in March!Adorable mason jar soap dispenser, just make sure to use foam soap. Love them!If you're looking for a foaming jar, this is it. Use about a 15% mix of soap and add water. They work great!Easy to fill and clean. Like seeing level of soap available.I really liked the aesthetics of these cute little mason jar hand soap dispensers! I did notice that the more they are used, they will start to get stuck and not pop back up so you have to manually pull them back up to make them work. Minus this they are cute but the ease of use disappears after they stop popping back up.I purchased a pair of these glass soap dispensers because they looked nice, they were heavier and more stable than the plastic bottles I had been using, and they were a foaming soap dispenser, which I prefer over the gel or liquid pump type soap dispensers. I used a readily available, foaming soap, which worked great in the plastic foaming soap dispensers that I had been using.The amount of foam dispensed with each pump from these new glass dispensers was always just a tiny dollop compared to what the plastic bottles dispensed. Maybe about 1/4 as much, which meant that I had to pump the glass dispenser 4 times as much just to get a usable amount of soap.After several weeks of trying different types of foaming soap in the glass dispensers, and in the plastic dispensers as a comparison, the pump mechanism on one of the glass dispensers was sticking so badly, that I had to pull it up after each pump, just to get it to work. And with the different foaming soaps that I tried, the glass dispenser never dispense more than a 1/4 of what the plastic dispensers would dispense with one pump.This would be a great product if the company would only replace their pump with a higher quality pump mechanism.Update 09-11-2020:I was finally able to get one of the two glass foaming soap dispensers to work as it should, which is to dispense a reasonable amount of foaming liquid soap with each pump. I’m not sure what exactly I did to get it to work, other than continuing to work with it, trying to get it to dispense a decent quantity of foamed liquid soap with each pump. The other one of the pair still does not dispense more than 1/4 the expected amount and the pump mechanism still sticks in the down position, which requires me to pull it back up after each pump. So with work, I got one out of two to work.3rd updated review: 01-23-2021My initial review of this Mason Jar Foaming Soap Dispenser was less than stellar, with my second review being a little more positive, since I was able to get one of the two dispensers to work well. I will admit that I really like the looks of this glass jar dispenser and was hoping that it would work straight out of the box without any problems and vowed to give this product another chance at a later date.So several months later, I bought another pair of these Mason Jar Foaming Soap Dispensers, and this time I wasn’t disappointed. The company has apparently changed out the internal pump mechanism from the initial ones I purchased, and now the new ones are working perfectly. I’ve included multiple pictures of the two pump mechanisms, side by side, to show you the difference between the pump mechanisms. The clear plastic pump mechanism, (where are you can see the spring inside), is the old style pump mechanism, and the translucent white ones, (where are you don’t see an internal spring), is the new pump mechanism. I have also included a picture of the forming soap that I’m currently using, and an example of the quantity of one pump and two pumps of foaming soap into my hand. A good quantity of foaming soap.Because this company has made the effort to improve this product, I would highly recommend them because, in my opinion, they look classy, the widemouth makes them easy to clean and refill and now they work perfectly right out of the box. I have since changed my opinion from my initial review and would highly recommend them. Great price for a great product. Thank you for improving your product.First one I got was defective. Amazon replaced it. Second one is working with no issues. It looks nice on my powder room counter. I wish it had a line marked so I know how much Castile soap to put in. The bronze color matches my faucet exactly.While I love the look of these, they do not work well at all. I bought 2. One of the pumps completely stopped working and the other has to be pulled up each time as it doesn’t go up on its own. Such a shame as they’re really pretty.The pump became stuck and wouldnt go up and down before finishing the first jar of soap! What a waste. I wanted this to reduce plastic waste. The pump is plactic and has had to go in the bin :(Ich habe die Doppelpackung Schaumseifenspender verschenkt. Meine Freundin hat sie mir jetzt zurück gebracht.Ein Schaumspender war sofort kaputt. So ein Schraubring fiel ab und ließ sich nicht mehr andrehen. Der andere Schaumspender produziert nur ein klägliches Schaumwürstchen. Also nicht wie man es gewohnt ist eine Schaumwolke. Abgesehen davon, lässt sich der Hebel schwer drücken. Man hat das Gefühl, dass der Hebel auch nicht mehr lange funktioniert.Leider war die Rückgabefrist von 4 Wochen überschritten. Habe mich deshalb mit Amazon in Verbindung gesetzt. Von dort wurde mir sehr unkompliziert das Geld erstattet. Super Service!Den einen Stern habe ich nur vergeben, weil das Design wirklich ansprechend ist.Me encanta el diseño y la bomba funciona muy bien. Estoy feliz con la compraThis product is flimsy ... both of the dispenser pumps were broken within two months of purchase and could not be fixed nor returned. Would not recommend.
