Good variety of mustard - unfortunately product had only a 3 months shelf life. Apparently supplier is cleaning out their almost outdated inventory. Suggest purchasing at a store where shelf life is much longer, i.e. a yr or moreHard to mess that up..If you want subtle flavors buy a European mustard for double the price. This was a better flavor back when it was a family-owned business, but, under ownership of McCormick Spices, it is just average. I can live with it because the price is right!Cheaper than buying in the store. 3 different flavors great for so many things.I don't understand how French's could taste so bad.
