I use these on a half gallon wide-mouth mason jar for homemade coffee creamer. It just occurred to me while writing this review that maybe there are two pieces to fit wide-mouth and a regular jar? I haven’t tried that yet but both components have their own seal so maybe using a regular jar will make it compact.I had another product like this from Mainstays and it had a rounded square spout and always leaked terribly. This lid has WAY more control and better flow, I was skeptical at first but now I prefer it. This makes making your own daily staples (like coffee creamer without the vegetable oil *ick!!*) at home a true breeze. I just use my immersion blender, throw in a shaker ball and screw the top on. Good to go all week! (I do shake the jar every morning, no leaks from the screw top so far and seals are easy to remove, wash and replace)
