Received fast, packaged very well. Item is beautiful, strong and easy to install. This item is great if you are using it by pulling the paper towels from the top but pulling the paper towels from the bottom is a nightmare. The towels get stuck or tear. I've tried different paper towels (Z and C fold) and it does the same thing. We just put it on counter top and it works great now and keeps things organized.Family member sent 1000s of tri fold flat paper towels I didn't know what to do with. This does come with sticker mounting pads, sticks to tile wall. No drilling. Girlfriend doesn't like it much though, a bit industrial looking in her opinion though, I don't care ?Literally the video of the guy pulling out the paper towels and them falling apart and ripping in tiny little pieces is exactly what happens. Save your money and buy something that will actually work.Make sure you buy “Door Edge Guard” [yes, for vehicles] and install over the sharp edges when the paper towels pull through - then the paper pulls easily without tearingThis box works just fine when it is nearly out of paper towels. If you try to put in a least half way most of your towels end up torn in half. If you fill it with towels you can not pull them from the bottom. the weight of the towels is to much for the design. If you dont mind reaching into the top to grab paper towels then this will work for you. If I had known this I would have bought a different model.I already had one in my kitchen and it’s great. Put this one in my kids’ bathroom and haven’t had to pick a hand towel off the floor or from being all bunched up on the towel bar.Very easy to install and works as advertised. Able to locate in kitchen easily without any screws. Will purchase again if needed in other roomsThis is the WORST PAPER TOWEL holder. The paper towels rips and won't come out.THIS IS JUNK!!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BUY THIS
