This was so yummy! I bought some pesto dip/spead from Costco because of a sample on crackers. My daughter said she would would like it better on sourdough bread so I bought that as well. It was pretty good but then I said “oh this would be so yummy on the sourdough with fresh mozzarella baked” and she said “and with tomatos and balsamic!! Later I saw this honey balsamic and obviously had to order it. We grilled the sourdough with some olive oil, then added the spread and fresh mozzarella and tomatoes… Baked for like 5 min at 350 to melt the cheese a little then added the honey balsamic drizzled on top, it was AMAZING! My 20 year old and her friend said it was “fire”
