First of all, customer service with this company is incredible! Immediately after I received the item, I had an email from them telling me if I have any question please let them know. I did write back with a question and my question was immediately answered. I am the type person who considers customer service extremely important so right off the bat, I was impressed.I received a different Wine Aerator / Dispenser as a Christmas gift and loved it - not because it made the wine taste better (I am sure it does but I am not a wine expert) but just because it was a fun item. After 4 months it broke - and I know that item costs about 3 times what this one cost. So even if this lasts 2 months, I am still ahead of the game!I like this one so much more than the other one mainly because it is USB rechargeable -- does not use batteries. It was a nuisance putting the batteries in the other Aerator and I am sure, in the long run, it would have cost a fortune constantly replacing them.This really makes pouring the wine so much fun - and I am sure it does make the wine taste better. This would be a great gift for anyone who loves wine - and at such a reasonable price. As I mentioned I received a more expensive version at Christmas and just LOVED the idea of it (was my new "toy"). This one is even better - no batteries, and a much cheaper price. Both did ok but I had NO idea how good my red wine could be until I purchased this one ! Rabbit leaked. Vino didnt leak but does NOT allow enough air into the wine.Proseasy to useBetter flavorEasy to clean just run some water thru it for next time.Rechargeable !!ConsUpon opening a new bottle you must inset it slightly and then start it other wise it will add enough volume to displace the wine causing it to spill out from the top of the bottle.Uuummm thats it I got nothing else.I bought this for my mother & father in-law and let me say ITS AMAZING. Probably one of the coolest things I’ve bought from amazon. They use it everyday and LOVE IT and say the wine taste better. Also, you don’t have to use it for just wine. You can use it for almost anything that’s in the shape of bottle of wine. We used it one night for a bottle of vodka and let me tell you shots were too easy to dispense and tasted smoother? I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this. I recommend!!This product is such a beautiful addition to any wine party. It is very easy to clean and aerates the wine wonderfully. It is not meant to stay on the bottle as a cork but simply to pour your wine into your glass with ease. It comes with an extra straw for backup which is great since I'm not sure they supply replacement parts. The only downside is that I thought it came with an automatic shut off which is doesn't. So basically you press the button until your glass is filled enough and then you stop. But all in all, its a beautiful and ingenious product!!I tested this aerator on two young bottles of Cab Sauv - and tasted the wines with and without use of the aerator. The aerator definitely softened the tannins making the wine more ready to drink and brought out the fruit flavors and aromas. It was easy to use - one button to pour and also very easy to clean.Good product. I use this when I buy the cheaper wine to help bring out the flavor. Wish cleaning was a little better (hard to tell if it’s completely dry and no water is still inside when washing/draining) . But overall a good product and quality for the price.1st bottle everything worked great2nd bottle same3rd bottle had to recharge in the middle of pourafter recharge completed the unit will not turn off always stays on so I have to keep it always plugged in to keep it charged .Hasta ahora que lo he usado en dos ocasiones me ha parecido muy buen producto en cuanto calidad y precio.Y sobre todo práctico, al ponerlo en el centro de la mesa y cada quien puede rellenar su copa.Je suis satisfait de l’article mais le problème c’est qu’il reste allumé même après l’avoir utilisé!☹️
