If a screw comes out, or a hinge is squeaky, it is my mom to the rescue (super mom!). I even installed this to my wall myself. I was proud of doing adult things on my own. And it functions. I'm extra proud.It dispenses soap with a push of the button on the front (make sure your hand is under there). There is no residual soapy slime trail like at rest stops where it makes a string from your hand to the dispenser.It tells you when its low through a little window in the front. Soap loads in the top. No, you can't use foaming hand soap. But, you can use coconut aloe soap! Or, whatever floats your boat.
