Important Note Please follow the instructions or the product itself to properly install the battery with sufficient power, otherwise, the soap dispenser will not work. Please make sure the liquid cover is well mounted. Otherwise, the liquid will come out. Do not use soap that is too viscous, otherwise, it will not be smooth or cannot be discharged; too thick soap can be diluted by adding an appropriate amount of water before use. When using for the first time, you can use the water test to remove the internal air. For the first time you use, please try a few times first. Then the liquid will fill the hose and come out. When the light is flashing, it means battery low. Please change the batteries. When it is not used for a long time, please check whether the internal soap liquid has deteriorated. The deteriorated soap liquid may cause the outlet to be blocked and the liquid cannot be discharged. I thought it would be biggerWas looking for touchless dispensers for both bathrooms that weren’t boring. Found ‘em!This is a pretty good soap dispenser I'm happy to recommend. With a curved, modern design, it stands out from the crowd - many soap dispensers I cross-compared with look like something out of a highway rest stop, so this one's friendly shape is a welcome change of pace. It's a little on the big side, but not unmanageably so.The motion detection works like a charm and detects in exactly the right place, which is one of my primary complaints about most automatic soap dispensers. It hasn't once dispensed soap on me if I didn't want it to, unless I was moving it around or knocking it over. Hooray! This dispenser dispenses a lot of soap. If you're annoyed by needing to put your hand back under a traditional dispenser 2-3 times to get enough, that won't be a problem here. In fact, it might dispense a little _too_ much; I wish there was a way to dial it back about 20%. It's not a big deal, just sliiiighly too much for my taste. But that's way less frustrating than too little. The case of mine is an attractive bronzey-gold color, but it's definitely made of plastic. There's an obvious seam, and the plug that covers the soap intake hole doesn't seat completely securely, so it sticks out a little bit from the frame of the dispenser. The window where you can see the soap level also is too dim to really see much through. A case made with higher quality materials and a plug that seats properly would have earned a fifth star. It doesn't look awful, but it also isn't going to be mistaken for an item from a high end home goods brand. It's pretty battery-hungry - some batteries I had sitting around that were partially but not completely used wouldn't operate the motor, so plan on replacing them regularly. I think a set of AAA rechargeables would be a great investment for this product - I ended up powering mine with a set of Eneloops, and that worked like a charm. All in all, I like this product and it's a nice upgrade from the beat-up Softsoap aquarium-themed bottle we've been refilling for five years now - there's room for improvement, but it's still a great purchase. If you're looking at various alternatives, I can also compare this with the fancy Amazon brand Alexa-enabled soap dispenser that a family member owns, and I like this one a lot better: it dispenses a much more reasonable amount of soap and the spout is further away from the dispenser body, so there's more room for your hands.Looks very nice and does the job.Material is made out of very light plastic, I wish it weighed a bit more because it looks beautiful but then again it’s not meant to be picked up once it’s filled with soap.So far works great. This is the second motion activated soap dispenser that I have had. This is the best by far. The reason why I couldn't give this 5 stars is because the inside of the dispenser is dark I like the idea of the clear slot that helps to see how much soap is inside. However that isn't an useful feature is you you clear liquid soap. Mine is for sensitive skin, so I have to find another soap or guess how much is inside. Also the plug that has to be removed to fill this is hard to remove. I can't lift it without finding something very small to pull it up.The color is gorgeous. It looks great on my kitchen counter. It is easy to operate. The setup is easy and it requires 4 AAA batteries. I'm sure that they won't need to be refilled often since it lies dormant for a long time. Also there is a power button. I like any additional features for convenience.I've used automatic soap dispensers for years now in my kitchen since it's easy to use while cooking, so I was excited to grab this one. It's lightweight and holds quite a bit of soap, I also like that it's easy to load and it's tall so it fits on the edge of my faucet much better than my old one.The only reason I knocked a star off is for the design and material it's made with. The crease concerns me as it would be easy to get water/soap in there and the material feels like it's not necessarily suited for getting wet. It's a weird form of plastic and the pattern doesn't line up where it's connected so it kind of gives it a cheapness to the look.I love the design and works as it should but made of cheap plasticthis sleek design caught my eye and just had to have it. You have to provide your own four AAA batteries. Hope they last a long time.Found some advantages once I got it setup on my sink. The spout is long enough to hang over into the sink just in case it goes off when you are reaching for the handle of your faucet. The second advantage is I think it will get kids and those who act like kids to use the soap to wash hands more often because it is neat to hear it activate and the light to come on.Just enough soap is distributed to get hands soapy.Being a motion activated device, I was always disturbed by the dirty handle on the soap dispenser so now I don't have to touch any dirty pump to get the hand soap.
