I have tried so many different types of honey at really insane price points even. This avocado honey, as well as the Eucalyptus honey are absolutely my top two favorites. Avocado honey reminds me of a light, sweet sorghum flavor with no bitterness and slightly less 'thick'. It's not near as heavy or 'bitter' as molasses or buckwheat honey but both of those references work as well. It's the thickness of a light honey. I am a fan of all of those aforementioned things, by the way, so if you hate sorghum/molasses/buckwheat honey, maybe you won't dig this one but try the Eucalyptus or Orange Blossom instead--both are amazing. If you do happen to like sorghum, etc. then you'll go crazy for this. The large size IMO is a great value and the packaging is consistently solid/well padded and taped inside the box to prevent leaks and such.
