Feels sturdy. Good quality. Good feeling smooth handle. When filled completely with liquid, might be easier to pour with two hands. Smooth pour. I think it looks very clean/attractive sitting on the countertop.Keeps freshly boiled water pretty much around that temperature for about 16hours before it starts slowly cooling down. Keeps cold/ice water cold for over a day I feel like. This is all subjective. I'm not taking a thermometer to it. Since this has a spout on it, I'm assuming one is using this for the kitchen/indoors and not taking it out camping or something so I don't think it needs to keep things cold/hot longer than that before you need to refill it or wash it anyway.The only slight issue I had with it was a minor cosmetic imperfection on the lid. Just the color wasn't uniform. Kind of looks like when oil from your fingertips wears on plastic and it takes on a different sheen. Anyway, it doesn't change the functionality and it's not so bad that I need to return it or anything like that.Overall, I think it's decent way to keep coffee or hot water out for guests since it's such a large volume too
