Amended review:Purchased this item 3 months ago. I was impressed with the advertising and the fact that they had their own factory, R&D and that "my trust has made them what they are today". Liked it so much, I purchased a second one. Unfortunately, one dispenser stopped holding a charge. Needless to say, I was very disappointed and ready to throw the non-functioning unit in the trash. I didn’t know how to “contact the seller”, and I then posted a negative one-star review.Laopao apparently read my review and quickly sent me an email offering assistance (a replacement). In the meantime, I tried using the charger from my second unit - it worked and now my first unit has been successfully holding a charge for several weeks now. If I didn’t have two units, I might not have thought to try a different cable.The dispenser itself is attractive, the fit and finish is designed well, and it is built with quality materials. It is a bit tall at 8.5 inches, but when filled with soap, it is not top heavy, but actually very stable. I was too hasty in my initial negative comment and have re-posted my review now with five stars, and recommend this product.Overall, I liked this soap dispenser. It looks good and works well. However there is this thing that supposed to mount it to the wall, which is way bigger than the dispenser itself. So, it's not able to keep it fixed and the dispenser drops down once a while. In addition, it is little bit pricey for a soap dispenser.Makes washing hands a pleasnt job. Easy to set up. Half cup hand soap solution, 1.5 c water. Great delivery. Seems too expensive, nevetheless I ended up buying 4 of them. Even take one traveling despite large size.Yep. Title says, "can't stop". I can't stop using it! Every time I go in the kitchen, I side eye this little foaming spit monster, and I activate it, I don't even need to wash my hands!Those that give it a bad score. Maybe your ratio of water to soap is wrong. I use Dr Bronners castile soap. 1 to1 ratio. Stop turning it upside down. Seen that, doesn't help.I have tried several automatic pumps and this one ianthe best his! This product is great, it charges easily and give great output! There are three foam settings and all are wonderful depending on how much soap you want. My kids love this as it is easy to use for our entire family. I had a small issue with one pump (I have 3) and the company was super responsive and helpful to troubleshoot. We couldn't get it fixed so they sent me a replacement right away! Amazing service! Highly recommend!I got this on sale, so I was worried - but all of my worries alleviated once I received it. I knew it was battery powered, but figured AA or AAA. But no! It's a rechargeable battery with a USB cord. It never fails to detect my hand for dispensing soap and my favorite part is that while you can hear it pump out the soap... it's not an offensive or overly loud grinding noise. I got this for my kids to make hand washing a bit more "fun." Seems to be doing the trick so far. Highly recommend.After the first charge it works. Then I'm trying to charge it and its not coming on. It's not workingThis foam dispenser looks elegant and sleek compared to other dispensers I bought. It’s working as described but just not sure if it’s durable. But don’t worry, their customer service is good. Alicia is so diligent on reaching out to help me on my issue. Can’t beat that. Just glad that she gave time on assisting me on this. Thanks a lot. Impressive!My first order never showed up but Amazon was quick to refund me. When I finally got the product, it was defective and would not dispense. Returned for a refund.Worked great until it needed to be charged. Charged it up overnight until the red light went white, and it quit working all together. Shame as I really liked it, but saw this is a common problem from other reviews. Don’t waste your time.Super reliable. Really solid piece, works with liquid soap like a DREAM!
