Crystal clear water. Cold water not as cold as imagined. Easy set up and easy to use. Even with the whole in the side unit doesn’t seem effect operations.Product is good. Only downfall is that the lights for the hot or cold does not turn on.I was so looking forward to receiving this water dispenser. it looked so nice in the picture. However when it arrived. I was so disappointed. Poor quality, part broken. Returned and had to pay $15 to ship back with company povided return label.
