What’s not the best quality, you need to spend more money to get a better quality. Looks good on the website, but different in person.I did like this dispenser when I first got it back in July 2020 worked great until late november 2020 it started to act up and not dispense as much as it did and in December 2020 it malfunctioned completely and it will not work at all now I thought it might have been the batteries so I put brand new batteries in it and hit the button and nothing came out. It won’t do anything at all now.So if this Company sees my review then hopefully they can send me a new one.For the price this is a good product. It works but I find I have to put my hand under it twice to get the soap even when it is filled with the soap to the top. If I just use the light from the bathroom window I don't always see the soap on my hand and sometime I feel that I did not get any soap. When the time comes I will probably spend more money on this type of soap dispenser to get a dispenser that dispenses the soap the first time.I'm a little skeptical about giving this product a review just yet. I just received it a few days agoFirst, brand new batteries went in but this thing didn't want to turn on. I pressed the button several times and after a while, it finally turned on. I put the soap in. Turned it off and tried turning it on but still has the same issue. I hope it keeps working.Color was different than what I ordered but I guess I'm ok with that. As long as it continues to work.Fits in with kitchen sink area. Gave it a four star only because it reacts to you moving the thing and dispenses soap on your fingers when you move it. Other than that it seems to work okay. Havent had it long enough to see how well it lasts or how easy it will be to clean it up yet. Other than that it is nice looking and does dispense soap on command.These match my bathroom great and I gets lots of compliments but the stainless steel stains horribly hope I can remove the rust like spots or I'll have to purchase a different brandMy wife bought two of them. One worked the other didn't. The one that worked is still working as of this posting. Motion detection is adjustable and works well. Easy to use.Stopped working after a few months. Worked great at 1st and out the blue nothing. I kept changing the batteries and it seemes like it wanted to work but wouldn't. After further inspection there is a design flaw. With the batteries at the bottom it is in easy access point for water corrosion. Causing slight rust. So now it's in my garage hanging out waiting for me to continue messing with it until I either figure a way out to make it wrk or just give up... I have two other styles in my home also to test, that are cheaper. So far this one did not last with it being the nicer of the two.
