HouLight automatic foam soap touchless dispenser with hand motion sensor is simply amazing! With this new design, many aspects have been improved significantly compared to previous models. Specifications Package dimensions: 8 x 6 x 4inch Dispensing volume: adjustable. Battery: 4 x AA batteries (NOT included) Capacity: 12 oz/ 350 ml. Applications Homes, kitchens, bathrooms, public areas. Compatible with foaming soaps, also compatible with diluted (3 parts of water + 1 parts of soap) common household liquid hand soap or dish soap, suitable for washing hands, dishes, etc. Question: How long can one set of 4 AA batteries last for this automatic soap dispenser? Answer: It depends on the quality of the battery and the frequency of usage. In general it can last for a few months without problems. Question: How long can the soap be used per refill? Answer: Again this depends on the use frequency and dispensing volumes. In general, for a single family, it can last for one or two months per refill. But with more frequent usage the refill will be more frequent. Question: Can this soap dispenser be used for alcohol or hand sanitizer? Answer: No. Alcohol containing liquids will corrode the material of this automatic soap dispenser over time. Question: Can this be used for dish washing soap? Answer: Yes. Besides hands washing soap, dish washing soap is also one of its main compatible soaps. However, most dish soaps are too viscous, therefore you need to dilute the dish soap with 3 parts of water before adding to the electric soap dispenser. Question: What if I still have some other questions? Answer: Whenever in need, do not hesitate to contact us and we will take care of it for you right away.

Shuts down for no reason. Drips. Otherwise, it works ok.It is larger than I expected when I first opened the box. I used it for the bathroom. Luckily I had some liquid hand soap left at home so I poured the soap in, and placed batteries inside and it's all done. Need to be careful here because the first time I put the batteries in wrong directions and it took me a minute to figure it out why it didn't turn on. There are some + and - signs on the battery chamber cover, so make sure the battery positives and negatives are matched correctly! Once it is all set up, simply place the palm about 1 inch below the nozzle for about 1 to 2 seconds, and the sensor will react and start dispensing the soap. Press the + and - signs on top to adjust the dispensing volume and I personally prefer the smaller volume. Once we got the hang of it, hand washing becomes fun! I used to worry that my kids don't wash their hands enough, now I had to tell my kids to play with it less often because they want to wash their hands whenever they get a chance to. So far it worked like a charm and the price is a steal for such a nice product! Will be ordering more for my kitchen countertop and my guest bathroom too.For the first month, I loved this, but then it clogged. I had followed the instructions closely, so it was disappointing. I did manage to unclog it but had to take it apart. Hopefully it doesn't happen again. Aside from that, it dispenses A LOT of soap (you can change the amount), and the motion detector works great. It has pretty large capacity, so I don't have to refill it very often. It also works with rechargeable batteries (while a lot of other soap dispensers don't).Update: When it clogged again, I removed a small piece that was causing the back-up, and then it worked fine again and hasn't clogged since. I shouldn't have had to do this, of course, but it wasn't a huge deal, and I'm glad I can still use it.It took a little bit or trial and error to get this soap dispenser working, for example, it takes super-powerful batteries (I tried two new sets of AA Alkaline batteries before I found some "ultra" high-drain ones that worked), and the lock/unlock pictures on the dispenser appear to be backwards. but now that I've gotten it going, it works pretty well. I appreciate that you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed by the unit, and levels 4 and 5 are just about perfect for my use. One thing to note is that If it sits overnight without use, sometimes it takes an extra activation to get it primed, but I have few complaints beyond that.We love this dispenser! BUT, look at the directions for the + and - and what the red and green lights mean. And be careful about placing the batteries in it correctly. We began using it and LOVED it! And then it began flashing the red light sometimes at us. My H. had misplaced the directions. :( FINALLY, he took the batteries out and tested them with his kit. THREE were DEAD. So, we replaced the batteries and voila! It was back! Look at the directions on the sales page for the product. We are now very happy with it! Great purchase! The red light tells you it is turned off and you will need to give the + button and long press. If you just want to increase the amount of soap dispensed, give the + a short press. The red light is telling you it is OFF or, that the batteries are going or gone....Dispense LESS SOAP by a short push of the - button. A long press of the - button will turn it off.i absolutely love this soap dispenser & have actually had zero issues with it!! BUT... i do have to say i hate that there's no just straight on/off button, and it had an up/down button for the number of seconds it will dispense for. because, i feel like no matter what i press, however many times, too much soap comes out!! but, that is the ONLY "complaint" i have!!The soap dispenser worked well for a few days. Then the soap wouldn't dispense the correct volume. The lights would flicker and dispense various amounts of soap. This would continue despite re-starts and continued over days. I had bought one or two of these prior to this one; with one of those two having a similar error.Bought in mid Jan. After second battery change, Dead in Aug end. Can’t say anythings more.Update: the supplier send replacement in 3 days. So still good
