I feel like the bad reviews are from people who didn’t follow the directions. The instructions are not the easiest to follow but, overall, this is a good product. I would buy again. People shouldn’t hate on it just because they were not patient enough to wait the 24 hour adhesive guidelines.It comes with a large 3M double sized adhesive strip. Don't trust it. In the middle of the night, their 3M strips failed and scared the crap out of everyone in the house as it tumbled into the bathtub. Used gorilla tape, same thing. This double dispenser uis not strong enough to handle shampoo on one side and conditioner on the other.. I've lost 2 bottles of each, splashed all over the bathtub after the adhesive failed, and I'm NOT going to drill holes in my bathtub wall for this piece of plastic. Suffice it to say I'm not a happy customer .Not only this piece of crab arrives with one of the pumps not working, the next morning, we wake up to this, over $100 of product down the drain. Korean trash for sale on amazon. Please make sure you dont buy this and make sure we take this company out of business. Terrible quality, even worse customer service.Super expensive and doesn't even work. Can't return because item has to be I'm original condition original packaging.In order; item took much longer to arrive than expected. Box was falling apart, torn, as if mangled. Product different color than ordered. Worst part, item not clean, water still inside of it.Product leaks doesn’t hold shampoo not that great as far as looksNot even a lot of use and it started leaking almost immediately. Not worth buying.I have this installed in my kitchen that has tile back-splash. I read some reviews that it didn't stick well for some people. I wiped the area with alcohol wipes before installing and so far it's been good, haven't had any issues. I don't understand why the top must be opened using the key, i am afraid at some point i might misplace that little key and wont be able to refill the soap. Other than that I don't have any complains.
